Fixed Term Contract, Term Time Only, plus 2 days, 30 Hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 3.00pm
Start Date: 1 September 2025
Actual Salary: £18,154 - £19,307 Level 4 (8-12)
We are seeking to appoint, a Sixth Form and Careers Support Officer to join our fantastic community from 1 September 2025 to cover maternity on a one-year fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for providing administration and organisational support to the Head of Sixth form and help with the delivery of careers information from Year 8 to Year 13. You will be expected to supervise the Sixth Form study room and providing students with pastoral support.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbally. You will be able to work as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. If you are highly motivated and believe that you have these qualities and are interested in working as part of our school team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
Previous experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
